Footbridge Installation Expected to Begin in October

The Township of Cranford has provided an update regarding the Riverside-Balmiere footbridge. Union County has informed the Township that three sections of the footbridge are expected to arrive in October. The installation of the 130-foot span is set to begin shortly thereafter. The anticipated completion date for the project is in November. The Township will keep the public informed about the installation progress and any associated road closures.
