**Garwood Recreation Launches After-School Clubs for Fall 2024**

Garwood Recreation, in partnership with Mad Science, is introducing new after-school programs for students in grades K-5 starting in October 2024. Each club will run for six weeks, meeting once a week for one hour. The classes will be held at the Garwood Sports and Recreation Complex, located at 140 Myrtle Avenue, Garwood, NJ.

Online registration is available at www.garwoodrec.com. The cost for each program is $153.00 for residents and $160.00 for non-residents.

The programs being offered include:

1. **STEM Odyssey**

- **Grade Levels**: K-5

- **Schedule**: Mondays, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

- **Class Dates**: October 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18, December 2 (with a break on November 25)

- **Description**: This program invites children to explore science through various hands-on experiences, such as "Harnessing Heat," "Lights... Color... Action!," and "Sonic Sounds," among others.

2. **Crayola® World of Design**

- **Grade Levels**: K-5

- **Schedule**: Mondays, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
