Union County Police Support No-Shave November Fundraiser

Staff Report / cranfordlocal.org

Union County Police Department members are participating in No-Shave November, an annual fundraiser to support cancer research. For this month, officers from the Union County Police PBA Local 73 will forgo shaving, which is typically required throughout the year.

The initiative allows members to donate the money they would usually spend on shaving expenses to the No-Shave November campaign. This effort aims to raise awareness about early cancer detection while contributing to research for life-saving treatments.

Participants are encouraged to discuss cancer awareness with the community as their facial hair draws attention.

Those interested in getting involved or making a donation can visit noshave.fightcrc.org.
